5Meet the makers
A mixology of mindsets
Just like a cocktail, we're a balance of ingredients.
Founder Scott Gemmell started at 12 in his father's Greenock venues, was running the restaurant as maître d' by 18, then moved behind the bar. Three decades later: a UK Best Bar Team, Scotland's first professional bar school, and stages across Britain and Europe.
Today Drink Think is a team of event curators, drinks makers, brand shakers and content creators, based in Scotland and on Spain's south coast.
